Recently, he has provided advice to a consortium composed of a major Malagasy operator in the Indian Ocean region and an international investment fund in the context of the acquisition of the first telecom operator in Togo in the areas of Corporate Law, Telecommunications Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Arbitration Law, Investment Law, Public International Law and Public Procurement Law.
