Education : Ms. Yuling Li holds a degree in English from the Foreign Languages University of Luoyang in China, a degree in International Economic Law from the Law School of Fudan University, and a specialization in International Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the United States.

Experience : Ms. Yuling Li is the founding and managing partner of Shanghai Hansheng Law Offices, where she also serves as the Director of the International Department and Deputy Director of the IP Center. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in foreign-related legal services, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international litigation and arbitration, export controls, trade sanctions, internet security, personal data protection, compliance management, economic crimes, and intellectual property. She has expertise in industries such as solar energy, aerospace, automotive, medical, and semiconductors. Ms. Li is a visiting professor at East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, an arbitrator at multiple international and Chinese arbitration centers, and an invited mediator at several Shanghai-based mediation centers.
